Subscription Agreement

This Subscription Agreement formally defines all subscription service rules, user rights, service specifications and related provisions for the Moolis application. Moolis is a stylish AI portrait creation app specializing in AI mask trial-wear portrait generation and dynamic video production, enabling users to create high-quality atmospheric portrait works and dynamic motion videos through simple operations on local devices. All creative processing is completed independently to ensure user creation security and privacy. Moolis provides paid subscription services for users who wish to obtain exclusive creative privileges and optimized service experience. Moolis does not require any account registration, login authentication, or personal identity binding of any kind. The application exclusively adopts fully self-developed Moolis AI creative and rendering services throughout all functional links, without invoking, accessing, or relying on any third-party AI algorithms, third-party cloud rendering platforms, external technical services, or third-party data processing resources. Moolisnever uploads, transmits, synchronizes, shares, or forwards any user original photos, imported materials, customized creative parameters, intermediate rendering files, and final generated works to any third-party institutions, service providers, platforms, or external servers under any circumstances. Moolis strictly implements a full-range zero-collection policy for user facial data and biometric information, and never collects, scans, identifies, analyzes, records, or stores any user facial features, facialbiometric data, portrait recognition information,selfies, facial template data, or any type of personal biological identifiers . By purchasing and activating any Moolis subscription service, you fully confirm that you have read, understood, and voluntarily accepted all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree with any subscription terms, you are not allowed to purchase or use any Moolis subscription services.

1. User Eligibility

All Moolis subscription services are only available for users aged eighteen years or older . Only users who have reached the legal age of majority in their respective regions are qualified to purchase, activate and use all subscription packages and exclusive subscription benefits. Minors are strictly prohibited from purchasing and using any Moolis subscription services. We do not recognize any subscription behavior completed by minor users, and we reserve the right to invalidate any subscription activated by underage users without refund. All subscription purchase behaviors and subsequent usage responsibilities shall be independently borne by adult users themselves.

2. Available Subscription Plans

Moolis provides three standard auto-renewable subscription plans for users to choose from, covering monthly, semi-annual and annual service cycles. All subscription plans adopt an official automatic renewal mechanism to ensure continuous and uninterrupted access to exclusive subscription privileges after successful activation. All subscription fees are clearly displayed on the official in-app purchase page, and specific charging standards are subject to the real-time display within the application and official App Store regulations. Fee adjustments will only take effect in the next renewal cycle and will not affect the valid subscription rights of the current term. The official available subscription plans are as follows:

All subscription payment operations are independently processed through the official Apple App Store in-app purchase channel. Moolis does not collect, store or obtain any user payment information, transaction records and billing details, andnever transmitsany payment-related data to third-party service institutions . Users can restore valid subscription access on the same Apple account through the official Restore Purchases function.

3. Exclusive Subscription Benefits

All Moolis subscription plans include the same three exclusive core benefits. No additional functional unlocking rights, style permissions or template access rights are included in any subscription package. During the valid subscription period, subscribed users can stably enjoy all the following exclusive privileges, and all benefits only serve personal daily creative use. The exclusive subscription benefits are clearly defined as follows:

All subscription benefit services are implemented based on Moolisself-developed AI servicesand local device operation logic,without any third-partytechnical participation and external data processing. All user benefit usage records and coin balance data are only stored locally on the user’s device, and no related data will be uploaded or transmitted to anythird-party platforms. After the subscription term expires or automatic renewal is cancelled, users will no longer enjoy exclusive subscription benefits, but all locally saved creative works and unused gifted coins will be permanently retained on the user’s device.

4. Subscription Term and Automatic Renewal Rules

The subscription term takes effect immediately after the user completes successful payment verification. Users can obtain and use all exclusive subscription benefits from the activation date until the end of the current valid subscription term. All Moolis subscription plans are set with an automatic renewal mechanism by default. The system will automatically complete fee deduction and subscription renewal at the end of each valid term, unless the user actively cancels the automatic renewal function at least 24 hours before the expiration of the current subscription term.

Users can check their current subscription type, remaining valid term, renewal time and benefit status in the Moolis subscription management page or Apple account purchase management interface. Official renewal reminder notifications will be pushed in advance before each renewal node. All subscription status data and reminder records are processed and stored locally on the user’s device, and we will not collect or transmit any subscription-related user data tothird-party services.

5. Cancellation and Refund Rules

Users have the independent right to cancel the automatic renewal service of the current valid subscription at any time through the Apple account subscription management entrance or the in-app subscription setting page. After successful cancellation, the system will stop automatic fee deduction upon expiration, and the current subscription service and exclusive benefits will remain valid until the end of the current subscription term. No partial refund will be provided for the unused time of the current subscription term after cancellation.

All refund applications shall comply with the official rules of the Apple App Store. Users can apply for a full refund within seven calendar days from the official activation date of the subscription. Once the refund application is approved, the subscription service and all exclusive benefits will be terminated immediately. No refund application will be accepted after the valid refund period expires or for subscriptions terminated due to user violation of usage specifications. The entire cancellation and refund process does not involve any user private data transmission, and all operation records are only stored locally on the user’s device .

6. Subscription Usage Specifications

Subscribed users must abide by all terms of the Moolis User Agreement and this Subscription Agreement during the use of subscription benefits. Users are prohibited from reselling, renting, sharing or transferring subscription qualifications and exclusive benefits for commercial profit purposes. Users are forbidden from using abnormal technical means, plug-ins or cracking tools to illegally obtain subscription benefits or tamper with local subscription authority data.

All subscription benefits are only applicable to personal non-commercial creative usage. Any improper use of subscription privileges that violates public order and service regulations will result in the termination of subscription qualifications. Moolis does not monitor users’ local creative content and subscription usage records, andnever transmitsany user subscription and creative data tothird-party platforms.

7. Privacy Protection for Subscribed Users

All core privacy protection commitments of Moolis fully apply to all subscribed users. All subscription service provision and benefit realization processes rely entirely on self-developed Moolis AI services and local operation logic, without invoking any third-party technical services, external computing resources and third-party data processing tools, and never send any user subscription information, creative content, benefit usage records and local asset data to any third-party institutions or platforms .

Westrictly do not collectanyfacial information,biometric data, personal identity information, device information and subscription usage logs of subscribed users . All subscription activation, benefit usage and coin consumption behaviors are completed anonymously. All subscription-related data, including subscription type, valid term, gifted coin balance and local gallery creation content, are only stored in the user’s local device storage space. We have no ability and right to obtain, view or back up any private subscription data of users.

8. Agreement Update and Service Adjustment

We reserve the right to appropriately optimize and adjust this Subscription Agreement according to product iteration and service upgrade needs. The updated agreement terms will be displayed on the application setting page and take effect immediately after publication. Users’ continued use of subscription services after the update will be deemed as automatic acceptance of the new agreement terms. All agreement updates and service adjustments will never weaken the core privacy protection commitments, including independent operation ofself-developed AI services, zero third-party data transmission, andzero collectionof user facial and biometric information .
