This User Agreement governs all download, installation, access and usage behaviors of the Moolis application. Moolis is a stylish AI portrait creation app specializing in AI mask trial-wear portrait generation and dynamic video production. Users can create content by capturing real-time photos or importing images from the local gallery, previewing portraits, selecting exclusive mask styles and custom color palettes to generate cinematic, atmospheric mask trial-wear portraits. Users may also convert finished static mask portraits into smooth, high-quality dynamic motion videos, with all creations automatically saved to the local Works library for convenient preview, management, saving and sharing. Core features include camera and gallery import, AI mask portrait generation, custom color matching, AI photo-to-video conversion, local work management, preview, deletion, gallery saving and system sharing. Moolis offers paid AI generation services that consume in-app coins: generating one mask trial-wear portrait costs 30 coins, and generating one dynamic video costs 100 coins. Users can purchase coin packs and subscription plans through Apple App Store in-app purchases. Subscriptions provide exclusive benefits including bonus coins, unlimited gallery saving permissions and priority customer support. All purchases are processed via official Apple in-app purchase channels, and users can restore eligible subscriptions on the same Apple account through the Restore Purchases function. Moolis does not require any account registration, login authentication, or personal identity binding of any kind. The application exclusively adopts fully self-developed Moolis AI creative and rendering services throughout all functional links, without invoking, accessing, or relying on any third-party AI algorithms, third-party cloud rendering platforms, external technical services, or third-party data processing resources. Moolisnever uploads, transmits, synchronizes, shares, or forwards any user original photos, imported materials, customized creative parameters, intermediate rendering files, and final generated works to any third-party institutions, service providers, platforms, or external servers under any circumstances. Moolis takes user privacy protection as the primary service principle, strictly implements a full-range zero-collection policy for user facial data and biometric information, and never collects, scans, identifies, analyzes, records, or stores any user facial features, facialbiometric data, portrait recognition information,selfies, facial template data, or any type of personal biological identifiers . By downloading, installing and using Moolis, you confirm that you have fully read, understood and voluntarily accepted all terms of this User Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must immediately stop using the application and all related services.
Moolis is exclusively available only for users who are eighteen years of age or older . All individuals who access, operate and use any creative functions, paid services and AI generation features of Moolis must have reached the legal age of majority in their respective countries and regions. Users shall independently complete age confirmation and bear full responsibility for verifying their age qualification before using any core application functions. Minors are strictly prohibited from downloading, installing and using Moolis and all its internal services. The application does not provide any functional services, technical support or paid service permissions for minor users. We do not collect any information related to minors, and once we confirm that any usage, creation or payment behavior originates from a minor user, we reserve the right to permanently restrict and terminate the device’s access to all Moolis functions. All risks, losses and legal liabilities arising from underage usage or false age confirmation shall be independently borne by the user.
We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable personal license to download, install and use Moolis on personal mobile devices for individual non-commercial creative purposes only. This license only authorizes personal daily use and does not include any commercial authorization, transfer or secondary development rights. All intellectual property rights of Moolis are exclusively owned by the official technical team, including but not limited to self-developed AI rendering algorithms, mask style resources, visual design content, software code, functional logic and product iteration achievements.
Users are prohibited from cracking, reverse engineering, disassembling, modifying, duplicating, renting, selling or commercially utilizing the application and all internal resources. Users shall not use plug-ins, auxiliary tools or malicious programs to interfere with the normal operation of Moolis or tamper with its core operating logic. All service operations rely entirely on self-developed Moolis AI serviceswithout any third-partytechnical participation, and any unauthorized modification and malicious use of program functions will violate the scope of permitted usage rights .
All core creative processing procedures of Moolis are completed locally on the user’s personal device. All image analysis, mask effect fitting, color tone optimization, dynamic motion rendering and video synthesis processes are independently completed by self-developed Moolis AI services, without invoking any third-party algorithms, external computing resources or third-party data processing tools, and no user data or creative content will be transmitted to anythird-party platformsor institutions . Users can freely import photos, select mask styles, adjust color palettes and generate personalized mask trial-wear portraits and dynamic videos according to personal creative preferences.
You are solely and fully responsible for all uploading behaviors, parameter settings and generated creative works during the use of the application. You shall use Moolis in a standardized, legal and appropriate manner, and strictly abide by application usage specifications and local public order norms. Throughout all creative processes, Moolis strictly does not collect, scan, analyze or store any userfacial information, facial biometric features, portrait recognition data and other biometric identifiers . The self-developed AI only performs overall visual style rendering on the uploaded images, without any facial feature extraction, biometric identification and data storage behaviors, fully protecting user portrait privacy and biological information security.
To maintain a safe, healthy and standardized creative environment, all users must strictly abide by unified content creation rules and usage restrictions. Users are strictly prohibited from using Moolis’ AI generation functions to upload, create, edit, save, export and share any illegal, obscene, violent, bloody, vulgar and socially inappropriate harmful content.
Prohibited content includes but is not limited to pornographic content, sexually suggestive scenes, obscene and vulgar images, violent bloody scenes, violent injury demonstration content, dangerous behavior display content, terrorist-related content, content that violates public order and good customs, content that infringes the portrait rights, privacy rights, copyrights and intellectual property rights of any third party, false misleading information and malicious public opinion guiding content.
Users are only allowed to upload original photos that they own or have obtained complete legal authorization to use. Any infringement disputes and legal liabilities caused by unauthorized uploading and creation shall be independently borne by users. Users are prohibited from using Moolis for commercial resale, paid creation, illegal profit and other improper commercial behaviors. Although Moolis adheres to strict privacy protection principles, does not actively monitor users’ private creative content, andnever transmitsany user data tothird-party services, we reserve the right to permanently terminate user usage qualifications and restrict device access once any prohibited behaviors are confirmed.
All static photos uploaded by users and all AI-generated mask trial-wear portraits and dynamic motion videos are fully and exclusively owned by the users themselves. Moolis does not obtain any ownership, usage right, dissemination right, commercial authorization right or derivative right of your personal creative content. We never use your uploaded photos and generated creative works for AI algorithm training, technical iteration, commercial promotion, public display, data analysis and other unrelated purposes, andnever transmityour creative content to any third-party institutions and platforms .
Users have complete independent control over all local creative works stored in the Works library. You can freely preview, save, export, delete, sort and share creative content through built-in application functions. All content generation and processing behaviors are completed locally on your personal device. The one-click system sharing function is an independent operation actively initiated by users. After sharing works to third-party social platforms, the privacy policies and content management rules of the corresponding platforms shall apply, and we will not participate in any third-party data collection and processing behaviors.
Privacy protection is the core basic principle of all Moolis service provisions. The entire functional operation and content creation process of Moolis relies entirely on self-developed independent AI services,without any third-partytechnical participation, external resource invocation and third-party data processing, and all user private data and creative content will never be transmitted or leaked to any third-party parties under any circumstances . The application supports fully anonymous usage without any account registration and identity binding, and all user usage behaviors cannot be associated with personal identity information.
We strictly implement a permanent zero-collection policy for userfacial information,biometric data, personal identity information, device information, network logs and usage behavior data . All temporary cache files generated during AI rendering will be automatically cleared after each creative task is completed. No facial feature data and biometric information will be retained in the application background. All user creative data is stored only in local device storage, and we have no ability or right to view, obtain or back up user private content.
We reserve the right to carry out regular version updates, AI algorithm optimization, function iteration, bug fixes and experience optimization for Moolis. Update content may include mask style renewal, color palette optimization, AI rendering effect upgrade, functional experience adjustment and system performance improvement. After application updates, the latest functions and service rules will take effect automatically, and your continued use of the application will be deemed as recognition and acceptance of the updated services.
We also reserve the right to appropriately adjust or optimize individual functions according to product operation and technical iteration needs. Normal service optimization and function adjustment will not affect users’ normal use of valid paid functions and subscription rights. All application updates and function adjustments will never change our core privacy protection commitments, including independent operation ofself-developed AI services, zero third-party data transmission, andzero collectionof user facial and biometric information .
